How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking update by email where available. You can also track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page or by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We may be able to amend orders within 1 hour of placement, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. Please email us immediately at hello@orvik.co.uk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure checkout. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs £2.77 for orders under £25.00 and is free for orders of £25.00 and above. Express shipping is available for £3.60. Delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, while express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
