Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we aim to make the returns process simple and straightforward.
30 Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@orvik.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.
Return Conditions

- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product type. These may include personal care items, opened or used products, or any item marked as non returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
